Mrs. Nix joined Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group in August 1994.
Mrs. Nix manages all Accounting/BookKeeping for Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group. Her work includes bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, accounts payable administration, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll tax preparation and compliance.
Mrs. Nix is also responsible for Human Resources at Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, she oversees the companies’ hiring of new employees, insurance policies and 401K procedures and setup.
Mrs. Nix also provides day-to-day staff support to the CEO, President and Vice Presidents, as well as broker needs in all aspects of the business.
Mrs. Nix worked for GATX Logistics as Administrative Assistant prior to joining Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group.
