Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group Completes 12.37-Acre Land Sale In Palm Coast

Jacksonville, Fla. (June 26, 2015) — Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group (NGPRG) recently completed a $2.9 million sale of a 12.37-acre commercial land parcel in Palm Coast, Florida (Flagler County).

Paradise Ventures, Inc. of Safety Harbor, FL purchased the land, located at the southeast corner of SR 100 and Belle Terre Parkway directly across from the Palm Coast Town Center, from Clearlake Holdings, Inc. of Los Angeles, California.

The seller was represented by Rick Sutton, Retail Specialist and Ladson Montgomery, Senior Vice President/Principal with NGPRG.

Paradise Ventures, Inc., a full-service developer known as one of the leading developers of Publix shopping centers and Walgreen’s stores nationwide, is planning retail development on the site.
