Mrs. Leeward joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2019. Allison Leeward serves as Director of Marketing and oversees the company’s marketing efforts with the assistance of Kristen Hood. She is responsible for production of the company’s collateral materials and devising targeted media campaigns, branding, advertising and website development. Her department directly supports the brokerage team & clients by creating resources that enhance company objectives and client services.
After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Marketing) with a minor in Graphic Design from the University of North Florida, she immediately went to work for the Haskell corporate headquarters here in Jacksonville Florida. After two years of corporate marketing, she seeked to expanded her experience and knowledge base by tackling the challenges of client based marketing. She spent two years working directly with various companies, both local and national, to create marketing strategies, expand markets, create collateral/content, and connect with their target audience.
