Ms. Phelps joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2018. She specializes in office leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants in the market.
Prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, Ms. Phelps worked for the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office as a GIS Technician. She is a native of Jacksonville and is an avid participant in North Florida Bicycle Club events and a member of Beaches Aquatic Center.
