Ms. Meringolo officially joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in May 2024 after completing her spring internship. She graduated from the University of North Florida in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Marketing. She assists the Marketing Director, Allison Leeward, by making an active effort to bring a dynamic blend of creativity and strategic thinking to drive impactful marketing initiatives. She provides each broker with whatever marketing needs they may have and is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that contribute to the growth and success of our team.
