Ms. Meringolo officially joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group full-time in May 2024 after successfully completing her spring internship. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of North Florida in May 2024.

Having grown within the organization over the past several years, Ms. Meringolo brings a dynamic combination of creativity and strategic thinking to the firm’s marketing efforts. She is committed to developing impactful marketing initiatives, enhancing client relationships, and providing comprehensive marketing support to the brokerage team.
