Maddy joined Phoenix Realty Group in June 2026 as Marketing Specialist. She works closely with Marketing Specialist Laura Meringolo and the brokerage team to create marketing materials, manage property listings, conduct market research, and support the firm’s overall marketing efforts. With a strong eye for design and attention to detail, Maddy helps present clients’ properties in a professional and impactful way while ensuring Phoenix Realty Group’s marketing remains consistent, creative, and effective.
Maddy graduated from Flagler College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She combines her creative background with strategic marketing to develop high-quality materials that enhance the firm’s brand and support its brokerage professionals.
