Mike Finn

Mike Finn joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2025. He represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets, including distribution, manufacturing, and flex properties, and advises landlords and tenants on industrial leasing transactions.

Mike began his career at Marcus & Millichap, representing buyers and sellers exclusively in investment sales. There he worked through the full sales process, from marketing and underwriting to valuation and market analysis. That experience gives him a practical view of how investors underwrite and value industrial assets, and it shapes the advice he gives clients on both sales and leasing.

A Baltimore, Maryland native, Mike played collegiate baseball at the College of Charleston before earning his bachelor’s degree at the University of South Carolina.
